What is the best way to transport my cheesies?

Carry your cake box from the bottom, place on a flat surface to transport (i.e. passenger floorwell, rather than on the seat) and use air conditioning if needed. During warmer weather, we strongly recommend bringing a cooler bag or esky to keep your cheesies cool.



Do you deliver?

Unfortunately we do not offer delivery, as this is not included in our QPRC business licence to sell dairy products.
All orders must be collected from Jerrabomberra (address provided once orders have been confirmed and paid for). 



How long do the cheesecakes last for?

Store in the fridge immediately and consume within 3 days. Avoid leaving cheesecakes out of the fridge for extended periods of time.



How big are the mini cheesies?

The mini cheesies are 5.5cm in diameter (about the size of a small cupcake!).



Can the cheesecakes be frozen?

Big cheesies can be sliced, wrapped in cling film or foil and frozen for up to 1 month. 
The mini cheesies are set in the freezer and as such, cannot be frozen.



Do you cater for allergies?

Cheesecakes are available to order as lactose-free and/or gluten-free. Due to the range of ingredients used in our small premises, food may be at risk of cross-contamination with certain allergens. Please submit an enquiry if you have further questions around catering for allergies.
