I’m Chelsea, the face behind Canberra Cheesecake Society! I’ve always been a huge sweet tooth and cheesecake lover, so when I had the late night realisation that Canberra was missing a bespoke cheesecake biz, I knew it was the perfect little side hustle for me.

When I’m not making cheesies, I’m working as a physio in Hawker or hanging out with my husband Dylan, my toddler Lachie, my baby girl Hayley and my pup Pringle.
