HELLO!

I’m Chelsea, the face behind Canberra Cheesecake Society! I’ve always been a huge sweet tooth and cheesecake lover, then in 2022 I had the late night realisation that Canberra was missing a bespoke cheesecake business. A few months later, Canberra Cheesecake Society was born.

When I’m not making cheesecakes, I’m working as a physio in Hawker or hanging out with my husband Dylan (Head Flavour Tester), my two kids (Co-Heads of Sleep Deprivation) and my pup Pringle (Head of Floor Clean-ups).

I've been so grateful for all of the support over the last few years and can't believe how much this little business has already grown. Thank you so much for following along with my cheesecake journey!
